How solid are these numbers?

All 34 effect multipliers, all 16 ingredient prices and the base product prices are cross-checked against the published Steam reference tables. The individual transformation rules are mostly not confirmed one by one yet, and meth/cocaine input costs are modelled. Checked against build v0.4.6f12 (Early Access) on 2026-08-11. Sources.

Schedule 1 Sewer Key & Sewer Code

Everything behind the locked door in the sewers: the three ways to get the Sewer Key, the keypad code, all eight entrances, and what the Sewer King is actually guarding.

Sewer keypad code

1 1 1 1

The 1 key on the pad is visibly worn and discoloured — that is the in-game clue. The keypad stays dead until you are actually carrying the Sewer Key, so if nothing happens when you press the buttons, you do not have the key yet.

How to get the Sewer Key

Three routes, in the order most players should try them.

  1. Buy it from Jen Heard — $1,000 The reliable option. Jen Heard is a city clerk in Uptown, east of Hyland Medical. She sells the key outright, so if you have the cash this skips all the searching. (Some guides spell her name "Jen Herald" — same NPC.)
  2. Have Oscar point you at whoever is carrying it Talk to Oscar at the Warehouse. He describes a random NPC currently holding the key. Find that person and either pickpocket them or knock them out and loot the body. Cheaper than Jen, slower, and it makes noise.
  3. Find it in the world The key also spawns loose somewhere on the map. Spawns are random across roughly fifty spots, but Northtown, Downtown and the graveyard come up most often. This is the slowest route and worth skipping unless you are broke.
Just want the key?

The console command give sewerkey puts it straight in your inventory, and using the console does not disable Steam achievements. See all console commands.

Where are the sewer entrances?

Eight of them, scattered across Hyland Point. They look like large circular gates, doors, or manholes set into the road — easy to walk past.

An elevated view over Hyland Point at dusk: an overpass, small shops including one signed “Stash & Dash”, parked cars and forested mountains behind.

The Maintenance Office (Throne Room)

The locked door deep in the tunnels opens with 1111 once you have the key. Inside you will find:

The meth on that table matters for more than money — see the Sewer Goblin below.

The Sewer King

An aggressive NPC who attacks on sight inside the Throne Room. He goes down to a few swings of a baseball bat or a couple of shots from a firearm. Defeating him drops:

The Sewer Goblin

A separate hostile that ambushes you at random points in the tunnels. You do not have to fight it: offer it a single packet of meth and it leaves you alone. The catch is that you must already be holding the meth for the option to appear, so bring a packet with you or grab one off the Throne Room table before you go exploring.

Is the sewer worth doing?

Yes, for three reasons beyond the loot table:
