How solid are these numbers?

All 34 effect multipliers, all 16 ingredient prices and the base product prices are cross-checked against the published Steam reference tables. The individual transformation rules are mostly not confirmed one by one yet, and meth/cocaine input costs are modelled. Checked against build v0.4.6f12 (Early Access) on 2026-08-11. Sources.

Schedule 1 Dealers

Six dealers, one per region. Where to find them, what they cost, and — the part people actually come for — which customers to hand each one.

Every dealer takes the same cut

20%

The recruitment fee varies from $500 to $5,000, but the cut does not. Benji is not cheaper to run than Leo — he is just cheaper to hire, and available far earlier.

Keep your best customers for yourself

A direct sale is worth 20 XP; the same sale through a dealer is worth 10, and the dealer keeps 20% of the money. Give dealers your low and medium spenders, and handle the high-value buyers personally — that is where negotiation and XP both pay off. See the beginner guide.

Sources disagree on the customer cap — some guides say 8, the more detailed Shrooms-era reference says 10. We use 10; if your game caps you at 8, that is the discrepancy rather than a bug.

Dealer not selling? Work through these

  1. Stop selling to their customers yourself If you keep serving someone assigned to a dealer, they will keep coming to you and the dealer sits idle.
  2. Give them packaged product, not loose Dealers wait for packaged goods. Hand over loose product and they will stand around waiting for it to be processed.
  3. Check the quality Aim for at least Pink-tier product for consistent sales. Green fertiliser during growth keeps quality up.
  4. Reset their stock Pull everything out, wait for the out-of-stock text, then resupply. That resets the AI.
  5. Save, quit fully, reload Clears pathfinding glitches, which are the most common invisible cause.
  6. Do not knock them out Since v0.4.0 this cancels every deal they have queued. It makes the problem worse.
Getting robbed?

While the cartel is hostile your dealers get robbed at random. Arming them changes the odds dramatically — from holding their product roughly one time in three unarmed to nine times in ten with a shotgun.
